Our doors open at 9 AM, every day of the week. Some mornings the first guests are commuters stepping off the Aqua Line with twenty minutes to spare; on weekends it's families who have nowhere to be until lunch. Either way, we like the first hour to feel unhurried.

Start with the cup

A morning at Pamaa usually begins with coffee — an espresso if you're in a hurry, a cappuccino if you're not, or a tall cold coffee once the Noida sun is up. If coffee isn't your thing, the bar pours fresh coolers and mocktails from opening time too.

Then breakfast, properly

Breakfast is served from the moment we open. Order something small to go with your cup, or settle in for a full plate and a second round. Nobody will hurry you out — that's the whole point.

Pick your corner

The window seats catch the best light in the morning. If you're working, the quieter corners away from the door are easier to settle into. And if the weather's kind, the open-air tables are the nicest spot of all.

However you take your mornings, there's a table waiting. Come early, stay a while.
